Bachelor Thesis

Please find the guidelines for drafting the Bachelor Thesis here.

To better assess your own thesis, you can consult below a few theses of my previous students that ranked "Excellent" for:
  • Structure: Very detailed and clear structure, easy to read, all the steps of the analysis are clearly presented. Sections and subsections are clearly numbered. The link to the thesis is here.
  • Technical presentation: Excellent tables and graphs, very detailed explanations around them, the results are very well presented. All tables, figures and formulas are numbered. The text is formatted in a unitary way. The link to the thesis is here.
  • Data analysis: A great data analysis conducted only by presenting graphs. The data was summarized in a very elegant and relevant way. The link to the thesis is here.
  • Choice and processing of literature and quality of the analysis: The research question of the thesis is supported by a large number (over 50!) of relevant papers. All papers are surveyed under the variable that they focus on. The paper uses 2 different econometric methods to answer the research question (OLS and panel data models). It performs substantial robustness checks by adding and dropping relevant variables. Tests are performed for each of the 9 econometric models analyzed. The link to the thesis is here.
I hope this will help improve the final version of your thesis!
