I was born on October 15, 1964 in Nea Kypseli, Athens, GREECE and I live there ever since. I am single, never married, no children. I followed the 45th and the 122th Primary Schools, the 15th Gymnasium, and the 30th General Lyceum of Athens. In 1982, I was admitted to the School of Mechanical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, after successfully participating in the Greek University Admittance Examinations. Following, a more-or-less part time study, mainly due to financial and also family business and health problems, I managed to complete my studies in 1991. Subsequently, I joined the Greek Army and served as soldier in the Corps of Engineers. I pursued my PhD in Nuclear Engineering starting in late 1992. I express myself comfortably in English and German both in oral and written.
