Nicholas L. Wilson
I study the effects of public service expansion, how to increase take-up of public services, and other topics in applied microeconomics. I am the principal investigator for a grant funded research program with over thirty peer-reviewed publications.
Research collaborators include the United States federal government (e.g., the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team, and the Social Security Administration), sub-Saharan African country governments (e.g., the Ethiopia Ministry of Health and the Zambia Central Statistical Office), and various non-profits in international and domestic settings (e.g., the World Bank, Population Services International, and colleges/universities in the U.S.).
Journals in which I have published include the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy, Journal of Human Resources, Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Health Economics, American Journal of Health Economics, Health Economics, and Economics of Education Review.
