I am an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with the Department of Economics. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I am an applied microeconomist with primary research fields in urban, labor, and public economics. I am particularly interested in uncovering empirical evidence to help answer important policy questions. In my recent work, I have studied pressing issues such as crime, poverty, and social welfare.
