In recent years, it comes as no surprise that education is simultaneously combined with technological advancement, FPT Education has also become one of the foremost pioneers in education digital transformation. Recently, EduNext was developed by FPT Education as a platform that supports social constructivism methods in teaching and learning. Constructivism is one of the most effective teaching theories in use today, this theory encourages students to build their own knowledge from personal experiences and apply it directly to their learning environment. Each individual student is at the center of the teaching process, while the teacher serves as the controlling organization. Nevertheless, everything has its pros and cons. To answer the question given by the teacher, the representative answer of a group will be selected, which is the answer with the highest votes in the group. As a matter of fact, the remaining answers are intrinsically better but what if the votes are low, is the objectivity nature of the assessment technique assuredly guaranteed at the moment? On the same token, instructors gradually find it harder to “individualize education” and need an appropriate solution to secure teaching objectivity.
The goal of this project is to solve the problem of automatically evaluating the quality of answers according to each criterion by using the Natural Language Processing Model (NLP Model) and Knowledge Graph. This AI system uses the lecture questions, assessment criteria, and students' final responses as input. Following processing, the output will be an answer's accuracy in relation to each criterion. Overall, this project will save teachers time by assisting them to provide more thorough assessments and objective ratings for each student.
