Chinese HIV-Like Virus Symptoms

Depending on the mode of infection, the amount of exposure to the virus, and the stage of progression of the infection in the source itself, the severity of symptoms varies among different groups of people, and the symptoms manifest themselves in a variety of ways and forms.

Typical symptoms:

Skin problems:

Persistent low-grade fever

Bleeding spots on the skin

Rashes/hives

Oily face

Skin breakouts [acne]

Peeling skin

Flaky skin

In some cases, warts

Neurological:

Dizziness

Headache

Drowsiness

Tinnitus

Blurred eyes

Swollen and bloodshot eyes

Some infected persons were diagnosed with non-viral meningitis

Oral problems

Various tongue problems

Gum issues such as receding gums [periodontitis], bloodshot gums

Whitish mucous membranes in the mouth, upper jaw of the throat, nasal passages are often involved

Glands

Painless enlargement of lymph in many places throughout the body (most often in the groin)

Thyroid hypertrophy (enlargement), recurrent and lasting for several years

Transient elevation of transaminases [ALT and AST liver enzymes]

Proteinuria [abnormal amounts of protein in the urine]

Yellow foul-smelling urine

Splenomegaly in some people [enlargement of the spleen]

Chest tightness and shortness of breath

Chills

Tachycardia

Arthralgia

Muscle pain

Various intestinal problems:

Hiccups

Belching

Diarrhoea

Bowel rumbling

Dark stools

Watery stools

Stools with occult blood (mostly transient)

Stools with mucus

Loose fingernails

Loose teeth

Hair loss

Pathogenesis

Symptoms appear within a week to half a month in most cases after exposure, with blood tests showing elevated white blood cells and mononuclear cells. And then a few weeks later, it turns to elevated lymphocytes, decreased leukocytes, and abnormal eosinophils.

The variety and severity of symptoms peaks over 3-6 months, during which time T-cell subsets are mostly detected with abnormally low CD4 cells, abnormally high CD8 cells, CD4/CD8 inversion, normal NK cells, and, in some cases, CD3 cells slightly below reference values.

Individuals presenting with symptoms of viral meningitis have a cyclical nature to their symptoms.

Generally, without the need for specific medical treatment, after one year, the vast majority of cases will experience varying degrees of symptomatic relief and enter into a period of relative remission of the infection.

The infected individuals themselves vary slightly in the manifestation of their symptoms, and overall, there is a 90% or more degree of similarity in the symptoms of all infected individuals.

Chinese HIV-Like Virus Symptoms

1. Acute phase symptoms appear 4 to 30 days after the initial infection:

Fever

Night sweats

Ineffective sleep

Headache (the pain of meningitis)

Chest pain

Bowel rumbling and diarrhoea

Bloodshot eyes with floaters

Pharyngitis

Stomatitis [inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth]

Thick white tongue coating and long hair

Subcutaneous bleeding spots

Muscle twitching [fasciculations]

Erythema [red skin, usually in patches]

Rash

Tingling sensation as if insects are crawling under the skin [formication]

Skin nodules

Fatigue

Weight loss

Muscle soreness

Muscle twitching

Bone ringing

Swollen lymph nodes throughout the body

Blood seepage from the skin

Lung infection

Immunity drops sharply

2. Comprehensive symptoms in the period of 30 days to 3 years after the initial infection:

Muscle pain and muscle twitching

Joints make noises [this is crepitus, a popping or crunching noise when moving a joint]

Joint pain

Muscle atrophy

Dry and ageing skin

White and thick tongue coating (papilledema)

Fatigue

Lung nodules

Weight loss

Itching all over the body

Abdominal enlargement [presumably this means increased belly fat]

Ageing and darkening of the skin

Numbness in the hands and feet

Pain in the internal organs

Peeling of the skin

Black and sticky stools

Foreign bodies like sand under the skin

Oral ulcers

Atrophy of the tooth roots

Swelling of the tongue and the growth of white hair

Dry skin

Subcutaneous fat loss

Memory loss

Vision loss

Foamy urine

Children's development is retarded, and girls' menstrual periods are disrupted for a long time.

In the early stage of infection, the blood test of leukocytes, lymphocytes, haemoglobin, and neutrophils were significantly different from normal, suggesting pathogenic infection. Immune abnormalities: low C3 and C4 complement, CD4 cells of T-cell subpopulation much lower than normal, and inverted CD4/CD8 ratio.

3. Symptoms of the late stage, 3 to 5 years after the initial infection:

Dry skin

Destruction of subcutaneous fat

Degeneration of lumbar joints [degeneration of the lower back spinal vertebrae]

Limitation in mobility

Various pathologies of the internal organs

Recurrent ulcers

Ulceration of the mouth

Hearing and vision are severely reduced

Sense of taste is reduced

Belly becomes enlarged [increased abdominal fat]

Limbs become more slender

The systemic symptoms gradually worsen during the onset of the syndrome, and eventually death occurs in the form of cancer. Because individual bodies are different, some people progress quickly and develop severe symptoms within 2 years, while others progress more slowly.

Chinese HIV-Like Virus Symptoms

Yinzibing appeared around 2003, and most of the patients were infected by one person, with the whole family showing the same symptoms one after another. Over the past ten years, one patient after another has summarised the characteristics of Yin Zi with the health and even life of himself and his family.

Digestive system:

Thick tongue

White tongue coating

White saliva

Recurrent ulcers

Viscous saliva

White phlegm

Dark spots on teeth [dental plaque?]

Noticable gum recession [periodontitis]

Borborygmus [rumbling or gurgling noise made by the movement of fluid or gas in the intestines]

Diarrhoea in the early stage of infection

Dark, thin, slimy soft stools

The test results showed that the intestinal flora was significantly imbalanced, and some patients developed bowel cancer or showed signs of bowel cancer 5-7 years later.

Respiratory system:

Sometimes a dry cough

Shortness of breath

Chest and back pain

Early test results show a thickened lung texture. Later, the lungs are repeatedly infected, and the nodules are significantly enlarged and shadowed. After 5-7 years, some patients develop lung cancer or show signs of lung cancer.

Nervous system

Prolonged low-grade fever

Drowsiness in the early stage of infection,

Nervous muscle twitching

Tingling under the skin, like an insect crawling sensation [formication]

Blurred vision

Eye pain

Headache

Dizziness

Tinnitus

Pain in the tips of the fingers and toes, and pain in the whole body at a later stage

Motor system

Joint make noises throughout body [this is crepitus, a popping or crunching noise when moving a joint]

Joint aches

Limbs get more slender (muscle atrophy)

Muscle pain in the early stages of infection

Tests show degeneration of the joints

Urinary system:

Urine smells bad

Foamy urine

The test result showed microalbuminuria [small increase of albumin in the urine]

Circulatory system

Subcutaneous bloodshot eyes

Subcutaneous bleeding spots

Purpura [purple spots on skin due to internal bleeding]

Ecchymosis [discolouration of skin from bleeding underneath skin]

Physical examination revealed abnormalities in platelet distribution and mean platelet volume

Immune system

Chronically swollen lymph nodes

Physical examination showed low CD4 cells, CD4/CD8 ratio inversion, low complement C3 and C4, low absolute value of lymphocytes, and a slightly higher proportion than the upper limit.

Skin

When first infected, a rash appears on the skin, with severe indentations

Skin becomes thinner, and there is pallor

Skin has dark spots

Dry skin

There is a significant increase in dandruff

Nail flesh peels off

After 3-5 years, the body hair becomes thinner and falls out

After 5-7 years, a large number of subcutaneous nodules appear, which can be pinched and crushed

Others

Night sweats in the early stage of infection

Bloodshot eyes

Loss of far (mostly on buttocks)

Sunken ribs

Sunken chest

Stunted growth in children

From the perspective of physical changes, yinzibing disease is a chronic infectious disease that progressively damages the body. There are many symptoms in the early stage, but there are basically no organic lesions.

After 5-7 years, the symptoms become concentrated and the organic lesions are obvious. Judging from the physical examination results, the biggest characteristics of yinzibing are immune impairment, intestinal flora imbalance, intestinal lesions, lung lesions and neurological abnormalities.

After 5-7 years, inflammation will appear in many parts of the body, especially the lungs and intestines. There is a trend to the development of intestinal cancer and lung cancer (many patients have suffered from lung cancer or intestinal cancer). Two institutions in China named it acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and non-HIV infection immunodeficiency syndrome respectively.
