How to understand your high school designations
Primary – Must have 1-2 visits x semester | MUST build relationship with counselor
Secondary – Should have at least 1 visit x semester | MUST build relationship with counselor
Tertiary – Visit if possible | Connect with counselor virtually/as needed
Growth – Assigned to out of state schools only at this time | Must build momentum here
Note: Some designations changed with new college direction and an attempt to make a one formula work for all, please use your own judgement too. It is not foolproof (yet!). If you see something is completely off to you, speak up. We are a team. You were hired to use your brain, use it!
How to use your designation list
Filter by Geo-Market – Shows you all schools in your geo-markets
Filter by School Name – Shows you historic info per school
Filter by Designation - Shows your school designation
FInding Counselor Info - This must be done (and updated regularly) in Connect*
