Pricing

We sell our beef every October as ~1200lb yearlings, approximately 18 months old.  Our 2024 price is $2.60 per pound "on-the-hoof" for a whole or side of beef and $2.80 per pound for a quarter.  We will deliver the yearling to the butcher.  You and the butcher will determine how you want the meat cut and packaged.  Our recommended butcher is San Juan Meats in Farmington, NM (505 598-5060).  We pick up our packaged beef after processing and will gladly bring anyone's beef back to Los Alamos or Abiquiu for them.
