At New Britain Cleaners, we take pride in the care of your garments. The prices listed below are starting prices for our standard 2–3 day turnaround service.

Please note that specialized items or garments requiring extra attention may incur an additional charge. These include, but are not limited to, items with beads, intricate pleats, delicate linings, or garments that are heavy, long, or require special handling.

Understanding Our Upcharges

We strive to provide the best value for your cleaning needs. Because every garment is unique, some items require additional time, specialized equipment, or hand-finishing. We apply reasonable upcharges for:

• Embellishments: Beads, sequins, rhinestones, or delicate appliques.

• Construction: Complex pleats, multiple layers, or delicate linings.

• Size & Weight: Extra-long garments, heavy fabrics, or oversized items.

• Special Care: Leather, suede, or heirloom-quality fabrics.

Our team will always review these items with you during drop-off so you know exactly what to expect.
