- Arms inside of your legs
- Hands are barely touching
- Dive
- Drive off of the ball of your lead foot
Three Step Collapse Dive:
- Step
- Nearest foot to the ball leads
- Hands
- Top hand on top of the ball pinning it to the ground
- Bottom hand on the side of the ball
- Dive
- Drive off of the ball of your front foot
