Three Step Forward Dive

  1. Step
    • Nearest foot to the ball leads
  2. Hands
    • Chest over ball
    • Arms inside of your legs
    • Hands are barely touching
  3. Dive
    • Drive off of the ball of your lead foot

Three Step Collapse Dive:

  1. Step
    • Nearest foot to the ball leads
  2. Hands
    • Top hand on top of the ball pinning it to the ground
    • Bottom hand on the side of the ball
  3. Dive
    • Drive off of the ball of your front foot
