The Elizabeth Street studio, Hobart, Tasmania
The City Photographic Establishment, Thomas J. Nevin's studio from 1866-1876, originally numbered at 140 Elizabeth St., was three doors from Patrick Street, Hobart, looking towards the River Derwent. No longer the original building, the site was renumbered as 198 Elizabeth St. Hobart, Tasmania, and is currently the headquarters of the Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre.
