About the lecture

Prior to the lecture:

• We will use R http://www.r-project.org. Please install R to your laptop prior to the lecture.
• Please download the sample codes. download.
• Unzip the file, and find "stat_R_tutorial.pdf" and "Tutorial_statneuro.R".
• Using R, open Tutorial_statneuro.R. Go through up to #12. Please follow "stat_R_tutorial.pdf" for the insturuction.
• Lecture slides are available below (PCA is optional).

The lecture covers the basics of statistical hypothesis testing.
