All your CPD support in one neat package - plus snacks!  What more could any ELSA want?  Launched in Autumn 2023, our FuEL model brings our 3-part Connect (Networking), Reflect (Superivion), Grow (Training) model together in a termly event for all ELSAs.  With approximately 75 ELSAs regularly attending these termly sessions (across two groups), FuEL has been very well received since its introduction.  More recent developments include our 'EL Resource Library' sharing service, and additional 'Remote Reflect' sessions between our in-person events.

With numbers set to increase, we're continuing to invest additional EP time and EL resources to make sure everyone can get the most out of our termly in-person events and wider CPD package.
