The best pay as you go mobile phone coverage available is from Net10 (and sister company Tracfone). Most Prepaid cell phones will only work on their home network. For instance the Go Phones and Straight Talk will not roam onto other networks. Net10 has agreements with over 30 different cell phone systems in the US. You will not pay extra for roaming with Net10. This is spin-nt10body5-10.
I normally suggest buying your Net10 Phone online. You will usually have the largest selection of phones. I always check for Net10 Purchase Discount codes. Generally the discount codes will save you three to ten dollars on your Net10 phone purchase. Walmart, Target and Safeway usually have the phones in stock but they normally only have the low end models.
No, Net10 Wireless does not have an activation fee, a reactivation fee or a Termination fee. When you run out of minutes you will lose your phone number and if you have service time left over you will lose it also. Be sure to add another phone card before you are completely out of either minutes or service time. My recommendation is that you do not use the last ten minutes on your phone. You can text a response or use your phone as a pager if you are nearly out of units. If your Net10 service is no longer active your caller ID will not work.
Net10 is a basic Cost Per Minute prepaid cell phone company. Net10 is owned by Tracfone and operates almost the same way with different rates and better phones.
You purchase the Net10 phone and a Minute card. You can only use a Net10 Phone for Net10 prepaid service, you cannot use a Verizon, At&t, T-Mobile, Alltel, Net10 or any other phone with Net10 Service.
Next you will Activate your Net10 phone. This can be done by going to the Net10 website or by calling Net10 on a different phone.
To activate your phone you will key in a series of numbers. It is really simple and if you hit the wrong key you will be able to easily redo it. For the system to activate your phone can take 10 minute to a couple of hours.
Adding a Net10 Minute card is even easier. You can add Net10 cards directly from the phone or from the Net10 website. You will add the 15 digit PIN code into your phone.
I have gotten a lot of extra minutes on my Net10s by using Bonus Codes. Net10 Bonus codes are a five digit number that will increase the number of minutes you get when you are adding a card to your Net10 phone or buying a new phone.. Check out the Net10 Bonus Codes.
You will get 30 days of service time on most Net10 cards for each $15 you spend. In order for your Net10 to work you need to have both Minutes and Service time on your phone. The remaining number of minutes and the service end date will usually show on your display. Net10 Cell Phone Coverage is better than any other prepaid phones because you are able to rom for the same 10 cent per minute rate.
When you buy from the Net10 website put in this code as you are making a phone purchase to save a little extra money.
Tracfone and Net10 LG 200c and Samsung R451c Phones
Service time and your Minute Balance will both be added to your current balance when you add a new card. Let's say you have 60 days and 20 units left on your phone. Add a 300 minute 60 day card and you will end up with 120 days(60+60) and 320 minutes (20+300).
Here is a great article on How Net10 Works?
I still have Tracfone minutes left on my phone but it won't work. What is Tracfone Service Time?
Verizon Prepaid Wireless has different texting rates for their different Prepaid Plans. Check out the different Verizon Prepaid Text Messaging Rates.
The Verizon plan is virtually the same as the T-Mobile plan. With a Verizon Prepay Yearly Mobile mobile phone you can add a $100 card and have service for one year. The basic per minute rate is 25 cents a minute. The Core plan is 99 cents a day and that gives you unlimited calling to other Verizon numbers. After the 99 cent daily charge you will pay 10 cents a minute to any non Verizon Wireless number. Verizon does not have the Best Pre pay Annual Cell Yearly Cell Plan. The only reason to use the Verizon Pre-paid Yearly Mobile phone cell phone is if you are only using the phone occasionally and you are always talking to other Verizon wireless phones.
For My Money the Best Prepaid Yearly Mobile phone Yearly Cell Plan is the the Tracfone $200 3,000 minute (with DMFL) plan. This is only available from Tracfone.com. The units roll over and you only pay 6.6 cents per minute and $16.66 per month.
The $100 per year Tracfone wireless plan is a pretty good deal also but the minutes are more expensive at 12.5 cents a minute.
Net10 wireless yearly minutes are ten cents each and your yearly charge will be $200.
The T-Mobile Yearly Plan is simple. You buy the $100 minute card and your service will stay active for up to 12 months as long as you do not run out of units. The minutes will cost 10 cents. If you add smaller than $100 refill cards you will pay up to 33 cents a minute. You only get the ten cent per minute rate if you buy $100 at a time.
The Best Prepaid Yearly Cell Plan from Tracfone gives you a lot of flexibility. If you do not use all of your units they will roll over if you keep your service active. If you have a lot of minutes left over you can purchase $20 phone cards that will give you three months of service. If you run out of minutes you can always add minute cards and pay between 6.6 cents and 17 cents a minute with DMFL.
