Don't, and neither will I. I am under no obligation to put up with the rudeness of people like Rick or Bitmizer. Nor should I be expected to. I am human, just like you.

Please do not use the review system to post messages that I would need to reply to you about.

Specifically questions, complaints and suggestions. Use the Contact Developer button for that. I am more than happy to respond to polite requests.

How I use your data:

The launcher does not access your personal data. However you can add shortcuts to your contact's phone numbers in it.

The Trek Tropes section, and any future section that connects to my server uses:

I generate a semi-unique identifier in the form of a starship registry ID, viewable in the settings screen by clicking More Info

You are able to select a name for your starship, not using the common/more famous ships (otherwise it's not useful to uniquely identify you)

Your captain name (changeable in settings), and email address (if you've entered it into the communicator settings) are sent to me

Your profile is bound to your device's unique ID. This is sent to me, but encrypted so I can't tell what the ID actually is.

The Communicator screen is a dialer, and a text messenger. That means it has full access to your telephony features (call logs, contact list, SMS messages) This information is not saved.

However the last SMS conversation you read will be saved as an unencrypted HTML file on your SD card as I use a web browser to view it. It is deleted 5 seconds after you close the app.

It also has access to your email (once you set it up), and outgoing SMS messages sent from within the app itself. These are stored in encrypted files. Outgoing messages are decrypted before sending, and deleted once sent.

The password for your email account is also encrypted.
