Why don't you update the changelog on the AndroidPit/Blackberry marketplaces?
There simply isn't enough room, and it takes far too much time. Wouldn't you prefer I rather be programming?
Is this a homescreen?
This is another complaint/question I keep getting, even though the marketplace pages clearly say it's not a homescreen. No part of the description, screenshots or video footage ever implied it was a homescreen. The term UI does not mean homescreen. No, it is not a homescreen.
What is this? I don't get it.
It's a toy. Just like all the other Star Trek/Tricorder apps. One reviewer said it feels like he "walked off the set with a prop". That's what this is. It's to give you that feeling.
Yes there is some functionality mixed in. But that's not it's point. It's mainly to look like something from the show.
The dialer on the other hand, is meant to be completely functional. It has to be downloaded separately, and attaches to this program. Why?
-People dislike adding unnecessary permissions, and as one user proved, they will be extremely hostile about making that clear to me as if they own me.
-The main program has a lot of "bloat", in that it has lots of features/code that takes up RAM/CPU power that would be valuable to a critical feature such as a dialer.
