KRH P.E. is recommending that your child participates in physical activity for at least 25 minutes every day. Remember, physical activity can take place inside or outside, for example: riding your bike, going for a walk, yoga, pushups/situps, etc. It is important that you are moving to keep our minds and bodies healthy!
