1.每人每周琴點額度為七小時
2.網管有權不定時隨機清點琴點表之琴點狀況
3.翹琴點者禁止填琴點
※何謂每人一週擁有七小時額度?
Ans.所謂的一週七小時，是指琴點表單上可預約之未來七天(不一定是連續的)
※琴點表上請使用「自己的本名」預約琴點，語言請統一；若要使用特殊代號請報備鋼琴社幹部。琴點表上若出現無法辨認之代號或名字，網管有權利將其直接刪除。
●範例一
刮刮填了12小時的琴點，經發現會被消除當週所有琴點且會被禁填(12-7)*1週=5週的琴點
●範例二
ㄒㄒㄊ的琴點為19:00~20:00，她在19:40以後離開，卻消除了自己的琴點→刪除已使用琴點，予以禁填一個月的琴點
●範例三
哈奇的琴點為15:00~17:00，她在16:40以前離開→請消除琴點，若未消除則算是「翹琴點」
＂＂＂也就是離開時還剩下超過20分鐘琴點請刪除琴點，不然算翹琴點；反之少於20分鐘則不可刪除琴點，不然算是刪除已使用琴點＂＂＂

《Regulation for reservation-overtaking》
1.One person can take at most 7 hours of reservation per week on the reserving form.
2.There are authority given to piano club cadres to check the reserving form online anytime.
3.You will receive a notification for first offence of reservation over-taking. Your reservations of all and reserving right will be removed for recidivism, per hour you over take is due to a week of right removal.
4.Your reservations of all and reserving right will be removed for a month when you cancel the reservation which have been completing-used.
5.Appeal for fair in punishment between “people who are detected to offend” and “those who do so but not found” will not be accepted on the illegal basis.
※what is the definition of the quota of the piano room reservation?
Ans.the quota is definited by the reserving form ,which will show the 7 days that everyone can reserve.
※Please use your own name to reserve the piano room by the same form or language.
