Research interests

Quantum Device Laboratory(QDL) focuses on the innovations and advanced studies in nanometer-sized electronic devices and nanodevice physics. QDL has nanofabrication expertise including lithography, etch and thin-film deposition. Moreover, QDL holds special skills in extremely small dc signal measurement and starts to improve its ability in microwave measurement.

The recent research topics in QDL are:

1. Superconducting devices in quantum information applications
2. Microwave meta-materials
3. Sensing devices based on gold nanopaticles
