Since the 2010 conference, the numbers of attendees continues to grow as well as the number of nationally known Firehouse Software power users presenting various classes. Because of the COVID 19 Pandemic this year's conference will be held virtually and have full intentions of an in-person event again in 2021.

This year's conference will provide sessions on both Firehouse and ESO products. The first afternoon will be sessions on GIS, Data Analytics, ISO, and Jimmie Dotson will offer a presentation on Firehouse to ESO.

Bill Gardner, Senior Director of Fire Products will provide another update to begin the conference on the morning of September 30th. The official scheduled is now posted and attendees will receives links to participate prior to the sessions. There will be opportunities to ask questions during the sessions. There is a registration fee of $50 for this year's conference.
