Planning your wedding and reception
From our very first conversation we have started a worksheet on you and your wedding and will take notes each time you call. When you are ready to reserve your date we will send you an invoice for the retainer. On the invoice it will have your date, services you are to receive, city, balance, and our simple act of God contract. Once you have paid the invoice you will receive a receipt through your email and we will receive a notice that you paid. We will do a reply to that notice and include our easy to use wedding planner. When you are ready you simply hit reply and type in the appropriate answers on the planner and send it to us. We will go through the information you have provided and assign the perfect DJ to match your information. We will send them your planner with our notes attached. The week of your wedding your DJ will contact you and introduce themselves, confirm all of the details, and make any last minute changes. During this process we will personally be handling all of your questions and are here for you for any planning assistance you need. Take advantage of our extensive experience and we'll help you plan your wedding and reception to be exactly the way you want it to be!
