About NASDHA

The North American Spotted Draft Horse Association (NASDHA) was established in 1995 as a non-profit corporation dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Spotted Draft Horses. NASDHA is the first and foremost registry for Spotted Draft Horses, with more than 4,000 registered.

NASDHA has nine board members elected by the membership. Our annual membership meeting is held in the fall, usually in October. The location changes from year to year.

NASDHA publishes a quarterly newsletter, The Spot Light, for its members. To help keep expenses down for NASDHA, members who would like to opt out of the physically mailed hard copies of the newsletter may view it online at their convenience.
