Click Restart computer
to screen : Launch Startup Repair ( Recommended ) to Enter
Startup to Cancel
startup Repair choose in Viev problem details you can see file .TXT
EX : X:\windows\system32\en-us\eroffips.txt and choose to notepad
in notepad screen + file + open + computer
goto drive C + windows + system32 + go to file of type change to all files
search file anme is : Utilman change is : Utilman00
search file name is : cmd to copy and Paste and change name : Utilman and save
to restart computer
when goto screen lock screen windows7 and click in Easecf access to open cmd
Text in cmd is : control userpasswords2
goto tab user accounts + users and choose Accounts
after click to reset password to ok
restart computer again to finish
