Nandana Sengupta   

I am an Assistant Professor at IIT Delhi's School of Public Policy  where we hope to bridge the gap between social scientists, policymakers and technologists in India.

Prior to this I was Assistant Professor at the School of Policy and Governance in Azim Premji University, a postdoctoral scholar at the Knowledge Lab at University of Chicago and a PhD  student in Economics at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

My research training is in the methodological areas of econometrics, machine learning (ML) and causal inference with applications in the areas of AI & Society, Technology & Labour and ML Innovations for Social Science.

My teaching experience includes quantitative courses at the graduate and undergraduate level including courses on Causal Inference, AI and Society, Regression Analysis and Network Analysis.
