About me

Welcome to my personal webpage!

My name is Nam Le (Lê Đỗ Hoàng Nam in Vietnamese). In March 2019 I graduated with a PhD from the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and the Idiap Research Institute. My thesis, "Multimodal person recognition in audio-visual streams," was supervised by Jean-Marc Odobez.

Previously, I received my Master's and Bachelor degrees from the University of Science in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam in 2012 and 2014, respectively. My Master's thesis was supervised Prof. Tran Minh Triet. The thesis involved unsupervised learning algorithms to learn feature representations of unlabeled data.

From June 2019, I am a software engineer at Google, Zurich.
