DNF - Did Not Finish.
DNQ - Did Not Qualify.
1.2 | Car Making
1. Whatever division you are in, the SERIES logo MUST be on the car, otherwise it won’t be accepted.
2. No outside manufactures than the ones that NACS currently uses, (Toyota, Chevy, Ford, Dodge in D2)
3. No 1 color paint schemes, don’t make your car look like a pile of shit.
4. No adding parts or no modifications to any part of the cars, tires are acceptable as long as it is a decal for Goodyear. Cars are often inspected before racing.
5. The contigs are optional on the car, if you make a decal scheme it is not required, and you may use your own version of the contigs
6. No removing the front windshield banner or adding additional sponsors to the windshield, just a name.
1.3 | Qualifying
1. Ovals will have single car qualifying, there will be a certain # of laps that are ran.
2. Road Courses will have group qualifying, which are timed sessions to set laps.
3. The best time is called the Pole Winner, you report to the Busch Pole Award.
4. DNQs: If your time is not quick enough or if there is a field limit, DNQ is when you Do Not Qualify and you will get 20 points which is scored the same as a DNF.
1.4 | Team Signing Rules
1. Team Signings usually are both in the season as well as the offseason, if a driver gets offered they must be approved by Jon in order to race.
2. Signings for the next race must be done no later than 11:59 PM ET, The day before the race.
3. No Part Time Drivers are allowed to compete in the final race of the season, only full time drivers only.
4. More about team signings will come out in likely Season 18.
1.5 | Free Agency/Rookies
1. All Rookies, except a select few will have to compete in tryouts, where they will be evaluated on different tracks and speeds on whether or not they qualify for the league.
2. Free Agency typically takes place all parts of seasons, but no signings are usually official for the following season until the offseason.
1.6 | Team Requirements
1. 3+ Seasons of Racing in NACS [Sometimes I allow people that don't race too.]
2. Single Car Teams are allowed for some people as well, Example: MetalKnox Racing, R5 Motorsports.
3. If you are on a team that is dead, you can choose to leave it but you will be on it until the end of the season, then you can find a new home.
