The production starts from tap water as a water source to continuously remove hard minerals and large sediment particles with a Filtration system. Then force water molecules through the reverse osmosis membranes that has extremely tiny pores, leaving the larger contaminants behind. Purified water is collected from the "clean" side of the membrane, and water containing the concentrated contaminants is flushed down the drain from the "contaminated" side. The purified water then continuously transfers to the stainless steel ozonation tank for a final sterilization treatment to eliminate the risk of any residual contamination and bacteria by an injection of ozone.
All caps and the inside of the bottles are properly washed with ozonated water to disinfect prior filler and capping bottles by an automatic machine using great care in a clean room.
