The decision as to what to keep is yours but I will help you making those decisions on a practical non judgmental way. Cleaning:
Properly house clean always will be a peace of mind.
Problems to fix at house:
As I'm working directly with handyman, plumbers, AC, garden men etc I'll make sure everything will be working properly.
Maintenance:
It's very important to keep eyes on everything so houses won't show up a futures problems.
