I am Mykola Babiak, a student at CERGE-EI (Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education - Economics Institute) and a visiting research scholar at Columbia University in the City of New York. My qualifications include MA in Economics (2014) from CERGE-EI, MSc in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics (2012) and BSc in Mathematics (2011) from Ivan Franko National University of L'viv, Ukraine.

My research interests lie at the intersection of asset pricing, macro finance and computational economics. I am particularly interested in how incomplete information and investor's generalized disappointment aversion affect asset prices.
