Like the classic experiment of feather and penny being dropped, water flowing faster has carried weight. So, I can reword the ideas from 'prepare, act, and, shape'. Three things:

1. Rainbow and what we know of diffusion 2. Surface tension of water 3. 18 meters = 59 feet. 4.5 meters =14 feet.

i.e. moving water carries more air pressure when moving faster, or, planning for a more efficient use of less air pressure

becomes

i.e. water falling from a further distance produces a more forceful spray, or, planning for a more efficient use of less air pressure

My original plan had been to build a14 foot high structure, a Hydraulus or GreenOrgan. What amount of water falls how much distance? Then daily survival of vegetables, fruit, etc. might produce and use the matter (food) for a compost rich tea of fertilizing ingredients. Preparation for daily food would use drinkable water. Both fresh water and grey water could participate in my aerobic system of gardening and water management. I also could write to the Environmental Protection Agency for advice and to see current guidelines for safety and use of the natural resource, water.

Still the four parts ongoing:

I. Water (this includes the air pressure from falling fourteen feet)

II.Seeds (Hopefully Non GMO)

III. Compost (Daily Kitchen)

IV. Organ (Keys and pedals baked in standardized forms in outdoors woodburning brick oven. Materials would be saved from dryer lint etc..., and, Flue and Reed Pipes would be made from cereal box cardboard which would be kept dry by a splash plate in the air pressure regulation chamber.)
