•Highly collaborative, team-oriented, detailed, and organized with ability to manage time and multitask.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills
•Passion for storytelling and identifying trends.
Responsibilities
•Partners closely with sales to deliver and activate integrated campaigns that build and accelerate pipeline in-region through meaningful customer & prospect engagement
•What you will do: deliver in-person and virtual events, create account-based marketing plans, plan and execute campaigns, coordinate campaign follow-up, and report on lead-flow and performance
•Strategy, Planning & Operations Marketing
•Drives operational excellence, fosters a culture of collaboration, and builds alignment within and between orgs to enable Marketing’s success

•Develop, maintain, and improve key processes and tools across Marketing, spanning across people, culture, planning and much more!

•What you will do: Monitor and evaluate results and performance across the major digital channels and markets
•Use various Adobe & web analytic tools to acquire new customers, support the compilation of data and develop recommendations
•Working with marketing automation platform such as Marketo and campaign management
•Defines and curates buyer personas, customer centric solutions/product messaging, positioning and buyer enablement that drive awareness and differentiation in the marketplace and support sales
•What you will do: develop marketing strategy and connectedness through messaging and positioning, product and solution launches, sales, and field enablement

•For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $33.51, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
•Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure
