Meet the Staff

Gina Heid, RDH, dental hygienist, graduated from Hudson Valley Community College's Dental

Hygiene Program in 2006 on the President's List. She was the recipient of the Professional

Achievement Award. After working in Albany, Gina joined Dr. Rademacher's practice in in 2008. She started as a dental assistant in 1989. Gina strives to educate the patients about their oral health.

Gina has a husband, two daughters and a son. She volunteers her time to her church. She enjoys running and cooking.

Darlene has been Dr. Rademacher's receptionist since 2008. Having worked in the dental field since 1980, she has an excellent understanding of dentistry and loves helping people. Darlene and her husband have two grown daughters who also work in healthcare. She enjoys camping, ceramics and going to flea markets.
