Music Festivals
Although 60 minutes are not enough for students to carry out the organization of the festival, this could be a good start for them to learn how to work in teams and develop social skills, which are so useful for any real kind of job. With this webquest, the students will learn different ways of dealing with people and they will have to evolve some managing skills too. In short, these are some of the long-term and short-term aims and goals that they will hopefully achieve at the end of the webquest.
To be able to develop social skills by talking eachother and meeting new people from their highschool.
To learn how to state one's preferences and remarks, so that they can come to an agreement.
To share out tasks appropiately, so that they can finish the Festival successfully.
To give the reasons why you decide for any of the possible options through all the activities proposed.
To stop and think about the way you manage with all the Webquest challenges through the entire learning process.
To share opinions and ideas among all the school students, not only within the same course, but also any other ones.
To learn how to maximize the Blog's potential to a greater entent, using the class blog and other web resources as much as possible.
