To request Mugshots.Zone removal, start with the county website that hosts your booking page and use its removal form. Prepare the exact listing URL and evidence supporting your request. The county-specific instructions matter: a request for one page does not identify every copy of a booking.

Updated October 13, 2026. Publisher requirements can change; check the linked official instructions before submitting.
Mugshots.Zone uses county subdomains. Keep the full address, including the county prefix, when you save a listing or look for its contact link. A similarly named website is not necessarily the same publisher.
Two official examples show why the local form matters. The Palm Beach removal form appears under Contact, while the Bates County form uses Remove Mugshot. Both ask for contact information, a listing URL, a reason, and supporting documents. They describe requests involving expunged, dismissed, sealed, nol-prossed or not-guilty cases and accept an attorney letter documenting the outcome. Use the instructions on your own county’s site; these examples do not establish eligibility everywhere.
Confirm the person and event. Match the displayed name, booking date, and county. A name match alone is not enough, especially if several people share it.
Save the direct page address. Open the actual booking page, not just a search results screen. Record any separately accessible image address and other copies in your mugshot removal tracking checklist.
Identify what needs to change. State whether you are requesting deletion, correction of a factual error, or an update reflecting a court outcome. Name the specific error instead of describing the whole page as wrong.
Prepare relevant evidence. Keep a legible copy of the document that supports your stated reason. Match it to the correct case and booking. Review required identifiers before redacting unrelated sensitive information.
Submit through the official form. Recheck the domain and upload requirements. Save the submitted text, date, and confirmation for your own records.
The Palm Beach example lists a 3 MB file limit, accepts common document and image formats, and asks for a verification phone number. Its acknowledgment allows 5–10 days for verification and removal. Bates County lists its own file types and up-to-10-day acknowledgment. Treat these as the form’s stated processing expectations, not a guaranteed result or a promise for every county.
Before uploading, open the file yourself. Check that all necessary pages are upright and readable, the outcome is visible, and the attachment belongs to the listing you named. A short factual explanation is easier to evaluate than a long account of unrelated events.
Listing: [Full county booking URL]
Requested action: [Removal or correction]
Reason: [Accurate reason supported by the record]
Evidence: [Document title and date, if required]
Message: Please review this listing under your current policy. The supporting document relates to the booking identified above. Please confirm the outcome or let me know what required information is missing.
Adapt the outline to the form. Do not claim that a case was sealed or dismissed unless the documentation supports that statement.
Use the same request reference when following up. If the form rejects an attachment, address the stated file error before resubmitting. If the request is declined, ask which requirement was not met and whether correction is available.
After a reported removal, reopen the original address and check any separate image or duplicate page. Then use the Google mugshot removal guide for search-result follow-up. Keep website status and search visibility in separate columns so a disappearing search result is not mistaken for source deletion.
Do not assume it does. Build a list of the pages you actually find and track each request. A document supporting one booking may not apply to a separate event.
You can use the publisher’s direct route. Our free versus paid removal guide explains how to decide whether you want help organizing requests and follow-up.
Ask the relevant court or your attorney how to obtain the record that establishes the outcome. A personal explanation should not be presented as a court order.
Follow the current instructions linked from the exact county site. Save a copy of those instructions with your request so you can identify what was required at submission.
If you also found a separate booking page, use the RecentlyBooked removal guide or Busted Newspaper removal guide for that publisher. Before paying for assistance, review the pricing and quote checklist.

This guide is general information. Website removal is separate from court record sealing or expungement. A qualified attorney can advise on legal rights and court orders.
