This dark elf had infiltrated Fauligmere to discover whether anyone knows the location of the underground river depicted in Cruor's vision. She presented herself at the Barons mansion, in the guise of a High Elf envoy from Ulthuan. Intrigued, Eldred allowed her an audience. She impressed the Baron with tales of the New World. He ordered his sevants to prepare a guestroom for her. Theodora is jealous of the elf-woman's striking looks, and haughtily ignored her. Voluria is a lithe, graceful, six feet tall with long silvery hair. She has an icy beauty,

"I have come to your... charming village... in search of a shipwreck..."

Journal Notes

After her failure in Fauligmere, she lost favor with Cruor Maraigh, the Hag Queen of the Black Ark on which she served. In attempt to earn favor, she attempted to capture and bring as sacrifice the young noble Sasha Van Den Nijmenk.
Again Voluria was foiled by the adventurers from Fauligmere. In an outright high seas battle involving Elves, gyrocopters and falling Bretonnians took place in which Claven Raddler, the Talabeclander Pistolier shot Voluria directly in the face. Her ultimate fate, once the corsairs retreated, is unknown.
