Father Grabbe has recovered but is permanently crippled and confined to a mobile chair contraption provided him by Heironymus, the retired Altdori professor as thanks for his assistance in the most challenging of recent times. With Waltrout dead, he is now assisted bu Gert Dreigo with the day to day of the gardens.
