This short, muscular man has a hardened face and flinty grey eyes. He is a veteran bog octopus hunter and spent the better part of recent events as the only hunter left in town. He was badly wounded in a tussle with 'something' in the bog.

Steffan Visser was quick to change his profession when he heard the von Stauffers were seeking able-bodied men to help rebuild their influence in Fauligmere. After success in defending the town, he is later sent as a mercenary envoy by Eldred as he seems to be favored by Von Schnell.

"Hmm, I suppose ye need someone to take care 'o that for you, Baron... nasty work, that. Oh, and Von Schnell agrees!"

Journal Notes

Visser is a sharper man than he lets on. He has been using bits of calamari stuffed in his pauldrons and sleeves to beckon Von Schnell and create the appearance of favor from the Baron's beloved bird. This has earned him Eldred's favor in all things and he enjoys a fair amount of influence in Fauligmere. Wandelina remains skeptical, but he has yet to disappoint the von Stauffers, and she seems distracted of late.
