Seth Reizbar was a lonesome cobbler and devout Sigmarite from the small fishing village of Fauligmere. His meager demeanor and abundantly clear lack of social skills did not make him the most popular in the village. Neverthless, Seth always had a keen interest in the towns affairs and had a knack for gossip and gathering information.

Seth's life changed after a chance encounter with a Witch Hunter named Wieland Holtzjager. Seth quickly gravitated towards Wieland and gladly offered his services to help uncover ill-doings and suspected corruption in Fauligmere. Gleefully turning in his neighbors and fellow Fauligmerrans.

Seth discovered hidden talents in using his own skill as a show-maker turning them to unorthodox torture methods inspired by his profession. The odd man was immediately enamored with this new line of "work" and found his calling as an interrogator under the command of Witch Hunter Captain Holtjager.

"Right then... shall I be working on a new pair 'o shoes for this one? Or just the soles... as it were...?"
