Tier: Silver
The veteran warrior priest has managed Stromdorf's temple of Sigmar for more than twenty years. The townsfolk flock to his stirring sermons which inspire them with hope in these dark times. Bull-necked with muscles of steel he wears an iron circlet on his bald head fashioned with the sigils of Sigmar. In his youth, he fought Chaos Warriors in the frozen Kislevi winter of 2480.
His eyes burn with pious rage beneath his beetled brow and the great silver ring through his broken nose furthers his resemblance to an angry ox. His face is crisscrossed with old battle scars and the twin tailed comet of Sigmar is branded into his forehead. He is always clad from neck to waist in heavy steel-breasted plate.
Lector Magnus Gottschalk has aged poorly. It seems his many battles and injuries have finally caught up to him. He spends most days preparing sermons that drone and hum instead of inspire and rally. His days are surely numbered and he looks almost gaunt under the full weight of an armor that once barely contained his physique. He is assisted more and more by his successor, Chlodwig Fromm, who has even taken to doing sermons part of the time in his stead.
Magnus Gottschalk NPC. 2 Banes on any physical check due to age.
