Joe is a young Talabeclander working in Ubersriek as a groundskeeper at the local Garden of Morr. While Joe has the eloquence of a mule and the social tact of a pigeon, he is quicker than most give him credit for. He prefers to keep things simple and stick to what he knows and what will keep him out of trouble. You will often see him with his trusty shovel... while most people assume the shovel is for work in the garden, the truth is Joe remains convinced he will someday strike gold or find something precious buried somewhere.
