STEP 6 - Monitoring & Evaluation

Once strategic management plan is implemented we need to control and track the performance of the business in order to ensure its survival in the industry and the achievement of setting goals.

ACTION PLAN

Steps to schedule the action plan of a strategic management plan in a company:

STEP 1: List the actions we need to develop for each scenario identified.

STEP 2: Assign resources to develop the actions of each scenario.

STEP 3: Schedule each action temporarily in the short (0-5y.), middle (5-10y.) or long-term (10-15y.)

STEP 4: Assign a budget to develop each action according to the assigned resources.
