Scott Siegel serves as the 7-12 band director for MTHS and MTMS. He is also currently the Music Content Specialist for grades 7-12. He began his work with the marching band as a brass instructor during the 1998 season, became the Assistant Director in 2007, and was appointed as the Director in 2008. He is active in LLMEA, PMEA, and NAfME, and is an active trumpet performer/teacher in Central PA. Scott resides in MT with his wife and two children.
Scott Paules is a Senior Product Delivery Manager at Williams Forrest in Lancaster. He is a 1991 graduate of MTHS and was a member of MTMB for the 1987 through 1990 seasons, serving as Baritone Music and Marching Section Leader his Junior and Senior years, and Vice President his Senior year. He joined the staff for one season while a Sophomore at Millersville University, then rejoined during the 2008 season. In 2019, Scott became the Assistant Director. He resides in MT with his wife Paige and son Noah.
Paige Paules began working with the MTMB instructional staff in 2008, and is proud to serve as the current Color Guard Director. Paige graduated from MTHS in 1991 and was a member of the MTMB where she served as Flag Captain her junior year, and Color Guard Captain her senior year. After graduation, she joined the FSU Marching Chiefs, holding the position of Assistant Flag Captain during her final year. She resides in MT with husband, Scott, and son, Noah.

Adam Gegg is a CRM Analyst working on the Salesforce platform at Armstrong World Industries in Lancaster. He is a 2011 graduate of MTHS and was a member of MTMB between 2007 and 2010, serving as Saxophone Music Section Leader his Junior and Senior seasons. Adam additionally served as the Band President during his Senior season. He joined the staff in 2013 in a limited capacity until graduating from Bucknell University in 2015, in which he then assumed a full-time Wind Instructor position. You may also see Adam flying his drone, affectionately named “Gegg Force One”, at showcases to capture a unique vantage point for drill review and instruction each week throughout the season.

Megan Lyle is a proud 9th and 11th grade English educator at Manheim Township High School. She marched trumpet at Lancaster Catholic High School from 2014 to 2019 and served on their leadership team. Megan continued her passion for music and education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she studied secondary English education and performed with the Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band. She is also a sister of Tau Beta Sigma, a National Honorary Band Sorority dedicated to serving collegiate bands and promoting the advancement of women in music. During her college career, she was also a part of TBS leadership. Megan currently resides in Lancaster county with her family and pet cat, Oliver.
Mason Norris is a Systems Design Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace in Lancaster. He is a 2020 graduate of MTHS and was a member of MTMB for the 2016 through 2019 seasons, serving as Brass Equipment Coordinator and Visual Performer his Junior Year, and Drum Major his Senior year. He joined the staff in the 2025 season as a Wind Instructor. He resides in Manheim Township.
Maggie Spealman is currently a student at Temple University studying Music Therapy with a concentration in classical saxophone. She graduated from MTHS in 2023 and was an active member of the MTMB for the 2019 through 2022 seasons. During her time in the band, Maggie served in various leadership positions such as Head Music Librarian, Staff and Student Liaison, and Drum Major. At college she is an active member of the Temple University Diamond Marching Band and serves on their leadership team. Additionally, she is a member of Sigma Alpha Iota: Delta Mu, an international music fraternity, where she participates in leadership as well.

Mr. Husler spent 34 years as a school music educator in the Manheim Township School District prior to his retirement in 2009. At Manheim Township he served as K-12 Music Chairperson, K-5 Music Content Specialist, High School Concert, Jazz, and Marching Band Director, Middle School Band Director, and taught band and string instruments, as well as kindergarten classroom music at the elementary level.
An active adjudicator and composer/arranger, Mr. Husler has written commissioned instrumental works for the Lancaster-Lebanon Music Educators Association, Franklin & Marshall College, the Manheim Township School District, and arranges the wind music for the Manheim Township and York Suburban High School Marching Band Programs.
