Footall Game (A) @ Cumberland Valley HS - Friday, August 28 

REPORT TIME = 4:15pm

Instruments to Curb no later than 4:15 PM

Load Truck and Instrument Van = 4:15 PM

Team Meeting in Auditorium = 4:45 PM

Load Buses = 4:55 PM

Depart Time = 5:00 PM

Arrive at CVHS = approx. 6:00 PM (Unload Gear and Move to Stadium Upon Arrival)

CVHS Band Performs Pregame = approx. 6:35 PM

Football Game Kickoff = 7:00 PM

MTHS Performs = Halftime

Approximate Return Time to MTHS = 11:00 PM

Please note: Doors open 30 minutes prior to report time.

Attendance is required for unless you have a pre-approved excused absence with Mr. Siegel.
