Bio of the Teacher:

My name is Mudiha Wazirali, and I am a certified teacher for EC – 4 Generalist, 4-8 Generalist, 4-8 Math, and 8-12 Math. I graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelor’s of Science in Math and minor in Computer Science. This will be my seventh year teaching. I am truly excited to welcome you to my class and glad that you've either returned to or joined other Knights at Elkins H.S.

On a more personal note, I am married and have four children: two boys and two girls. As I always say to other people, it is never boring at my house!

I am a native Houstonian. I have lived here since I was four and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I love camping with my family and friends. My hobbies include reading books, cooking , and going to museums with my kids. I also love unraveling a brain teasers! I know we will have a wonderful and successful year! It will take team work and a positive attitude. I feel confident that we will work wonderfully together to provide a productive environment for our learning. Just take a deep breath and know that I will be here for you . :)
