This week in class (March 9th to March 13th)

1. Students will continue working on Greek Mythology. This week, they will focus on the monsters/creatures of Greek Mythology.
2. Students will continue to practice making a claim, providing textual evidence, and supporting with commentary (what it means and why it matters).
3. Students will complete Analogies #2 on Wednesday
4. Students should continue to study their Root Words daily. There will be a Root Words test this Friday.

HOW TO NAVIGATE THIS SITE: At the upper left corner, there is a pull down menu. To find out where notes and assignments/instructions are, first open the 'Monthly Calendar'. Find the notes/assignment that you are looking for, see which week it is (at the far left on the calendar), and then open up 'Weekly Power Points' back on the pull down menu. Find the week you are looking for, open up that Power Point, and you will find what you need within that week's slides. There are also extra resources such as articles and outlines for each unit, and you can also find these in the drop down menu, depending on which unit we are studying (Coraline, Narrative, Eminent Person, etc.).
