Quick Fixes

This gives you a list of the things you should try first if something is going wrong with your technology.


If you see a "Request Access" page, log out of fcsgaonline (click here for instructions)


Check your WiFi connection: Look at the wifi icon in the lower-right corner. If it has an asterisk, then click on it and Connect to wifi.


Ensure your device is charged. If your battery runs out of power, plug in your device. It may take 10-20 minutes before your device will turn on even after being plugged in.


Restart your device. It might be helpful to restart two or three times.


Allow your device to update. Updates (if needed) should start automatically when you turn on your device and connect to WiFi. Be patient and allow the updates to finish.
