Students will pair up and work on Roommate Budget Project with a partner. This partner project will take at least 5 school days to complete.
Objective:
Learn through different medias (newspaper, internet, and talking with adults (parents)) about what the true costs is for everyday events
Prepare students for real life financial skills by developing a budget through a partner simulation project
Share a partnership experience by working as a team to research, create, develop, and present a simulated roommate budget
Learn techniques on how to improve your presentations skills can be used in job interviews, other class presentations, or college interviews.
