Every other day do 5 sets of pushups. depending on the day, your rest between each set will be 60 - 120 seconds. Remember to record your number for each set and the column to the right will add up your total for the day and also add your total for the entire program. I have listed an example on the bottom left. Be sure to make a copy of the "La Entrada Pushup Program" (upper left) so you can edit it yourself.
