Mr. Willard is a graduate of Florida State University and University of West Florida and has a Masters Degree in Clinical Teaching of Emotionally Handicapped. I have taught in the district at the high school for sixteen years and Steinhauer School for three years Mr. Willard has taught in middle school in Florida and taught workshops for students in transition from special programs back to their sending districts. While teaching in Florida, Mr. Willard has also helped provide aftercare for students returning home from residential programs.
