This page is a snapshot of the clinical skills I have developed under supervision. The Outcomes column links to my action plans. You can add or delete rows/columns by

1. clicking on the pencil

1. to edit the page (top, near-center). Then
2. place cursor on the section of table where you want to add to remove
3. click on "Table"
4. click on "Delete row" or "Delete Column" or "Insert row...." or "Insert column..." as appropriate
5. click "Save" to save and view changes
